This is so pretty! i suggest you go to Ebay. My sister is the one more into doll making and she usually gets them from there or Amazon.

For the sword, check out replica sabers or even Taobao for custom choices. You might also find some good materials at JoAnn Fabrics or Mood Fabrics

A Polish Cavalry Saber could be a good base for your sword modifications. Just be sure to keep local laws in mind if you decide to change it up
