What size dolls is everyone collecting right now?

I'm seeing 18 inch dolls absolutely everywhere, but the 11.5" fashion dolls still seem to dominate my feed. BJD collectors, are you mostly sticking with 1/4 scale or going bigger?
Also noticing way more interest in the smaller collectibles, the 5-8" range with all the blind box releases.

What's your main collecting size and why?

I'm in the 18 inch dolls team. I have a few American Girl dolls, got my first when I was 7, and 20 years later, I'm still buying them outfits haha
I like them bcs they're gorgeous and honestly got some sentimental value in it

1/4 scale is big enough for detail work and face ups but doesn't eat your whole display space, also 1/3 dolls are gorgeous but man, the clothes budget gets scary fast, you seeing better quality in the smaller BJDs lately or still mostly the cheap knockoffs flooding that market?

I'm all over the place honestly, started with 18 but now I'm knee deep in BJDs at 1/3 scale. The customization options are just insane compared to play line dolls. Also I've been tempted by those blind box minis lately
